Hulk Hogan’s WWE career lasted 35 years before he had to admit to himself that he had sustained too many injuries to continue. In 2021, his daughter Brooke revealed that her dad had undergone 25 surgeries. Hogan admitted, “My knees are fake, hips are fake, back is full of metal and part of my face is full of metal.” Now, it seems that Hogan has undergone another surgery and has yet to make a full recovery.

WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle had the chance to talk to Hogan at the WWE Raw 30th anniversary show which took place on January 23, 2023. He shared some shocking news that Hogan revealed to him. Hogan said that he can’t feel his legs.

According to Angle, “Hogan had his back surgery again. He had the nerves cut from his lower body. He can’t feel his lower body, so he has to use his cane to walk around.”

Before Hogan told him about the back surgery, Angle assumed that Hogan was using a cane because he was suffering from back pain. It was actually the exact opposite. Angle explained, “I thought he was using the cane because he has pain in his back. He doesn’t have any pain. He has nothing at all. He can’t feel anything. So now he can’t feel his legs, so he has to walk with a cane.”

While Angle claims Hogan “can’t feel anything,” it’s worth noting that he was still able to walk with the use of a cane, so hopefully he’s on his way to recovery.

The Daily Mail also noted that Hogan shared a picture of himself standing unassisted on January 30th, so perhaps he is recovering. Either way, it sounds like Hogan suffered from very intense side effects from his surgery. As Angle put it, “That’s pretty serious, man. I mean, I really feel for Hogan. He put his heart and soul into the business and it ate him up.”

Regarding that Instagram picture, some fans are speculating that it was taken before his surgery while others think that Hogan was exaggerating when he was talking to Angle. One person wrote, “I always heard Hogan overexagerates his stories. I’m hoping this is one of them.”

Another fan who wasn’t quite as optimistic wrote, “The pic was likely taken before the surgery.”

Do you think Hogan will make a full recovery and was simply exaggerating about not being able to feel his legs at all, or do you think his most recent Instagram picture was taken before he had surgery?
