Heartland Actor Robert Cormier passed away on Friday (September 23). He was 33 years old.

The Hollywood Reporter spoke to his sister Stephanie, and stated that Robert died due to injuries sustained during a fall. He passed away in a hospital in Ontario, Canada. His official cause of death has not been released.

Robert was an athlete, an actor, and a great brother. He had a passion for helping others and was always looking to achieve more,” His obituary states. “He enjoyed movie nights with his family, and looked up greatly to his father.”

Cormier played Finn on season 15 of Heartland and was expected to appear in the next season, which will premiere in October. Heartland is a cross-generational chronicle staged in Alberta, Canada. It revolves around a family moving through the ups and downs of life. The show’s staff expressed their condolences to the actor on Instagram.

“Heartland’s Finn, was an amazing talent, gone too soon. We are deeply saddened to learn of his passing. Our sincere condolences go out to his friends, family, and co-workers”.

Cormier is survived by his parents, Robert and Lisa; his sisters Brittany, Krystal, and Stephanie; his grandmother, Joanne; and aunts, uncles and cousins. Cormier is predeceased by his grandfather, Bobby, as well as his grandparents, Connie and Keith.
