My husband and I always split an entree when we dine out. We order an extra side salad and eat a lot less which helps when we get on the scale.

Have extra french fries on your plate—-don’t throw them away. Take them home and place them in a pot with a couple of cans of chicken broth (depending on how many french fries you have). Add salt and pepper. Chop an onion and add to the potatoes. Boil in the broth till onion are clear. When cooled place in a blender and puree. Um-Um good FRENCH FRY SOUP!
