I love grilling unexpected things. Though the grill is usually used to cook meats and even veggies, I love the taste of grilled fruit. It makes the perfect healthy summer dessert or snack. And we’ve found a way to make grilled fruit even better.
Just cut up the fruit you’d like to grill and skewer it with cinnamon sticks! You can throw these right on the grill and it infuses the fruit with wonderful flavor.
