It just keeps getting worse for actress Lori Loughlin. If you haven’t heard by now, our beloved “Aunt Becky,” as she’s most known from her role in the iconic 1980s/90s show “Full House,” has recently faced allegations for participating in a serious college bribery scam.

In the scandal, Loughlin allegedly paid $500,000 to a “foundation” in order to make it appear as if her daughters were participants of the USC women’s rowing team, even though they were never involved. She was arrested and released on a $1 million bond.

Loughlin’s free time has certainly opened up for all of the court appearances she’ll have to appear at soon, so much with the Hallmark Channel recently deciding to severe ties with the actress, who frequently appeared in their programs. And now, she was also just let go from her role on the fifth and final season of “Fuller House” on Netflix (the sequel to “Full House”).

The unofficial announcement came from an insider at TMZ. “Fuller House is not currently in production. Lori is a guest star and was during the previous [four] seasons and there are currently no plans for her to return to the [fifth] season,” they stated.

The decision has not been formally announced, but it only makes sense that Fuller House will follow suit to Hallmark. Plus, with the fifth season scheduled to go into production in the spring, producers likely haven’t finalized scripts and can easily edit her out. We can only imagine how they’ll address her absence in the final episodes!
