When you’re looking for a new house, there are a lot of factors to consider, like how many bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, neighborhood, schools (if you have kids of school age), etc. Then, sometimes it’s nice to have something a little unique, like a really well landscaped pool, or a fireplace that opens up to two rooms.

Every once in awhile, something truly unique comes on the market, and if you’re a Disney fan, you’re going to love this.

Imagine a front door where Mickey and Minnie Mouse greet you in a stained-glass mural.

Imagine a floor-to-ceiling mural of Cinderella’s castle in the entryway.

Imagine paintings throughout the house of popular Disney characters like Goofy, Donald Duck and Winnie the Pooh.

Oh, wait. You don’t have to imagine it. We have pictures. This place really exists.

That’s right. Agent Dave Settgast with Treasure Coast Sotheby’s International Realty recently listed a Disney-themed house that’s probably the closest you’ll ever come to living in a Disney theme park.

While the house doesn’t have any rides or attractions per say, it does have a Mickey Mouse shaped pool in the front yard and another one in the backyard. The one in the backyard is practically a water park. It includes a bridge, a slide and a grotto.

The house itself is 7,029 square feet, and it’s set on an 8-acre lot with the option to also purchase the 10-acre lot next door. It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There’s a guest house, a billiards room, a home theater and even a go-kart track. The property is zoned for horses, and there’s a barn already set up. Oh, and did we mention that it’s also on a lake?

The house is listed at $849,000, which for such a unique property, and compared to housing prices in some parts of the country, that sounds like a bargain to us.

Imagine waking up every day and swimming in your Mickey Mouse pool and then taking a ride on a pony. It sounds like every child’s dream come true.

The house is located in Palm Bay, Florida, about an hour away from Walt Disney World, so it’s far enough away from the crowds of tourists, but it’s close enough that when your Disney-themed house just isn’t enough, you can get your fill of the parks pretty much any time you want.

If you buy this house, let us know. We want to stay in the guest house.
