Pets in Poland receiving medical care at the animal shelter have a new caretaker that really understands their pain: a cat! As TVN Mateo reports, Rademenes provides comfort to his fellow felines – and even dogs! – about to undergo treatment.

Rademenes found his calling young when, as a mere two-month old kitten, his owners brought him to the Bydgoszcz, Poland shelter with an inflamed respiratory tract. Though his owners had given up on him, veterinarian Lucyna Kuziel-Zawalich did not, and now Rademenes is paying that care forward.
