- ½ pound bacon, diced (reserve some for garnish)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- In a medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder and cayenne powder. Add the jalapeño and red onion. Add roughly ¾ of the corn, cooked bacon and chopped basil, reserving the rest of each for garnish. Stir until fully mixed, then spread evenly into the reserved skillet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and dip is bubbling on the edges.
- Garnish dip with the reserved corn, bacon, and basil. Serve immediately with your favorite Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
Chef’s Tips
- If you don’t have an 8-inch oven-safe skillet, you can also use a 9-inch or a 10-inch one. Just reduce the amount of time in the oven.
- The warmer the softened cream cheese is to start, the easier the dip will be to blend together.
