Confession time – I’m a nut for cheeseburgers. I will eat them in any form, at any time, gladly. They’re my go-to comfort food…I’m hungry just thinking about them. If you’re a cheeseburger fanatic too, you’re not going to be able to handle this cheeseburger casserole. I know I couldn’t. This is a fun, new way to experiment with your cheeseburger addiction and a dinner that any party guest would flip for! Who wouldn’t flip for those layers of soft Hawaiian rolls, savory ground beef, grilled onions and melted cheese? – Hawaiian rolls
– Ground beef
– Grilled onions
– Tomatoes
– Cheese


1. Put the bottom half of your rolls in a baking dish or casserole dish.
2. Cover the rolls with ground meat, onions, tomatoes, and cheese.
3. Top off everything with the top halves of your buns.
4. Bake at 350 F. for 25-30 minutes.
