You’ll Need

Breakfast Cookie
–½ medium banana
–1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
–½ tablespoon honey (or agave)
–1 tablespoon milk
–4 tablespoons oats (rolled or quick oats)
–1 tablespoon raisins (seeds or nuts)
–⅓ cup pasta
–1 cup hot water
–2 teaspoons cornstarch
–4 tablespoons tomato pasta sauce
–2 tablespoons milk
Cheddar and Herb Biscuit
–4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
–½ teaspoon baking powder
–⅛ teaspoon salt
–½ tablespoon cold butter, cubed
–3 ½ tablespoons milk
–2 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
–2 teaspoons chopped herbs (parsley, oregano, sage, etc.)
Chicken Pot Pie
–3 to 4 tablespoons cooked chicken
–2 tablespoons frozen vegetables (peas and carrots)
–1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
–Salt and pepper
–3 tablespoons chicken stock
–1 tablespoon full-fat milk or cream
Biscuit Topping
–4 tablespoons flour
–½ teaspoon baking powder
–⅛ teaspoon salt
–½ tablespoon butter, cubed
–3 ½ tablespoons milk (or buttermilk)
–1 tablespoon chopped herbs
Sticky Toffee Pudding
–10 small dates, roughly chopped
–1 ½ tablespoons hot water
–⅛ teaspoon baking soda
–1 ½ tablespoons butter
–1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
–1 ½ tablespoons self-raising flour
–2 tablespoons beaten egg
–½ tablespoons walnuts, roughly chopped (optional)
