Now that the weather is warm, all we ever feel like doing is laying around and enjoying some ice cream. And if that ice cream can be made easily with a few simple ingredients and no specialty equipment, even better. Take a look at our new favorite make-at-home ice cream recipe:
What You Need:
2 cups heavy cream
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped Oreos
What To Do:
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3 minutes.
- Add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and stir.
- Add in the crumbled cookies and stir.
- Pour mixture into a loaf pan and freeze until firm (about 6 hours).
- Remove from freezer and scoop like ice cream. Enjoy!
