Do you always make ham for Easter? Ham has always been a staple for my family for this holiday. But I’m always excited when an idea or recipe comes along to breathe some new life into an old favorite. Southern Living came up with such an easy way to jazz up any ham, and though it only involves 3 ingredients, it packs quite the flavor punch. Here’s how it’s done:

Coffee and Pepper Jelly Glaze

-1 1/4 cups red pepper jelly
-1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
-1/2 tsp kosher salt

Stir all ingredients together until completely blended.

Cola-Dijon-Brown Sugar Glaze

-1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
-1/2 cup cola soft drink
-1/2 cup Dijon mustard
-1/2 tsp kosher salt

Stir ingredients until well-blended.

Pineapple-Prosecco Glaze

-1 1/4 cups pineapple preserves
-1/2 cup Prosecco or Cava
-1/2 tsp kosher salt

Pulse ingredients in a food processor 6-7 times until smooth.
