You’ll Need
Sesame Orange Dressing
– 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
– 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
– 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
– 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
– 1/4 teaspoon freshly-grated orange peel
Creamy Chive Dressing
– 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
– 2 tablespoons 1-percent milk
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise dressing
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Tomato Basil Dressing
– 1/2 cup tomato-vegetable juice
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
– 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
– 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1/2 teaspoon sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
