We hope that Tip Hero helps you discover new ways to save money and relieve some of the financial stress you may be feeling, but we also know how powerful anxiety can be and how you may need to find other ways to manage it.

We’ve also found that putting together easy-to-accomplish “to do” lists and then knocking them off helps reduce anxiety, as there’s less hanging over our head — not to mention the sense of accomplishment we feel when we’re finished!
A recent article on Divine Caroline’s website points out how powerful anxiety can be and provides 12 techniques you can try to use to help manage it:

- Recognize the Reptilian Brain
- Exaggerate Your Greatest Fear
- Distract, Distract, Distract
- Write Twin Letters
- Watch Your Thought-Movie
- Eat Supper-Mood Foods
- Return to the Breath
- Break the Day Down
- Use Visual Anchors
- Repeat a Mantra
