2-Ingredient White Chocolate Buttercream

If you’re ever in a pinch and need to make a rich delicious frosting nothing could be easier than this white chocolate buttercream. Check out the video below to see how easy this is to make.

What You Need

  • 1 cups of butter
  • 1 cups of white chocolate chips

What You Do

  1. Combine both ingredients in a medium saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring continually. It’s OK if white chocolate and butter start to separate.
  2. Once completely melted, remove from the heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Place in bowl or saucepan and put in fridge until it solidifies. Ours solidified in 90 minutes.
  3. Once it solidifies you can take out of fridge and using a hand mixer beat it until it becomes creamy.

That’s it! This is an easy simple frosting that only takes two ingredients and tastes delicious.
