Cake is all well and good, but let’s face it, the best part about making cake is the cake batter. I’m salivating just thinking about it. Clearly, I’m not afraid to admit that I am obsessed with all things cake batter – and I know I’m not the only one. I knew when cake batter Oreos came out in stores that I wasn’t alone in my obsession. So for those of us out there who would rather lick the bowl clean than actually bake your cake like a normal person, there are many devious ways to incorporate cake batter into other recipes. Cool, creamy vanilla pops covered in funfetti sprinkles are the ONLY way I will choose to stay cool when the hot summer months come back around. Although honestly, I would eat one of these in the middle of December if given the opportunity. Don’t judge me.
