Turn Your Favorite Snack Into Your Favorite Seasoning

What do you usually do when you finish a bag of chips? Do you admit defeat once only the crumbs remain? If that’s the case, you might not want to give up on your crumbs just yet. We recently encountered a great idea from Wonder How To that we can’t wait to try. By making use of a simple spice grinder, you can give new life to the remnants of your favorite snacks. Here’s what you do:

  1. Grab a cheap spice grinder. You can use one you already have, or buy a cheap one from the grocery store with salt or pepper in it.
  2. If you bought a full spice grinder, empty the contents into another container.
  3. Fill up the spice grinder with whatever snacks you choose. We’re thinking Doritos, salt and vinegar chips, Cheetos, etc. Use those small crumbs that lurk at the bottom of the bag.
  4. Put the lid back on and grind that yumminess on top of anything you’d like! You could try this on popcorn, scrambled eggs, veggies, meats, etc. Really, the sky’s the limit with this handy tip!

What snack would you turn into a seasoning? And what would you use that seasoning on?
