Try Turmeric With A Cleansing Pineapple Smoothie

The turmeric has the power to detox, decrease inflammation, and balance estrogen levels. Combined with the cleansing power of the chia seeds, this combination packs a powerful punch!

Blend Together:

– 1 cup frozen pineapple
– 1/2 banana (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (or a small fresh root)
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
– 1 lime, peeled
– 1 cup water or coconut water
