Have you ever had a “Taco Ring” before? I’d never even HEARD of it, but I’m always up for any dish with the word “taco” in its name, so I was excited to check out this recipe from I Heart Recipes. Then I saw the key ingredient needed for it: crescent rolls! Now I can’t wait to give it a try, and I’m betting a lot of you will feel the same. See for yourself!
– Two cans of crescent rolls, 8 rolls per can
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
– 1 medium-sized white or yellow onion, chopped
– 2 cups Mexican cheese
– 1/4 cup black olives
– 1 large avocado, chopped
– 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
– 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
