When we went looking for new fall recipes, we had a wish list. We wanted them to employ our beloved slow cooker, make use of fresh harvest produce, and be healthy while still filling us up. Oh, and they shouldn’t be too difficult! It was a tall order, but we found one that fits all the requirements over on Allrecipes: Slow Cooker Spaghetti Squash! It’s easy, it’s simple, and it’s DELICIOUS. Just watch!
– 1 whole spaghetti squash, washed thoroughly
– 1 1/2 cups water
