Sons Perform with Their Dad After His Heart Attack

In 2015, Britain’s Got Talent experienced the Neales, a group of four men who happen to share a bond that we can all appreciate. Their story, along with their talent, is absolutely incredible.

The group consists of Laurie Neales and his three sons.

60-year-old Laurie, suffered a heart attack 10 years ago, the result of his hard work to keep his family afloat; he ran himself into the ground trying to do the best for everyone else. When his sons realized the cause of his near-death experience, they realized that life is just too short.

So Laurie and his sons decided to change their lives; they decided to follow their passions and help their dad pursue things that make him happy.

That’s when this family affair all began. Now, the four of them get to follow their dreams together on the big stage of Britain’s Got Talent. Laurie’s big dream is to perform, and not just to perform, but to sing with his talented sons. At family parties, the boys would sing karaoke with their father, and he had always dreamed of performing in public as a group.

The whole story will give you chills, but their performance is equally as amazing. This family is insanely talented, and their performance of “When Will I Be Loved” by the Everly Brothers is sung in harmonies that will straight up give you chills.

How good are they, you ask? Well, consider that even Simon Cowell likes them! And we can definitely see why.

After they share their touching story, we’re holding our breath, just hoping that they nail the performance. This is Laurie’s dream and everyone watching the video wants to see him nail the number.

As the boys say, this could be the last chance they may ever get to perform like this.

But as soon as the four men open their mouths to sing, we’re blown away! Each one of them is strong singer, holding down their line of the song, but they also blend together perfectly. Seriously, harmonies on point.

For the only verse, the oldest brother steps forward to sing his solo while his siblings and father snap behind him! They’re giving a strong Beach Boys, doo-wop kind of vibe and we’re digging it.

When they’re finished, the family is grinning with pride! They came to help their father fulfill his dream, and fulfill it they did. Their mother and 85-year-old Nan are crying in the audience, and it’s breaking our hearts! The audience and some of the judges even jump to their feet to surprise.

But what do the judges have to say about their moving forward in the competition?

Well, all four judges loved not just the way these men sound but the bond that they all share, too. The men were given a “yes” from each judge, sending them to the next round of the competition!

As happy as we are that the Neales are moving forward in the contest, we know from seeing the look of pride of Laurie’s face that he feels as if he’s already won.
