You know those mornings when you’re in a hurry and your coffee is just too hot to drink right away? Instructables has a great solution to help you out. By creating coffee cubes, you can easily cool down your coffee, and even flavor it, without watering it down.

Here’s what you do:

• Brew your favorite coffee and wait for it to cool to room temperature.
• Then you have a choice. You can either mix coffee with cream/milk and/or sugar, mix coffee with a flavor shot, or just pour plain coffee into the ice cube tray (see above picture).
• Throw cubes in coffee once they’ve frozen. Enjoy different flavors (or just plain coffee) using these cubes without sacrificing the integrity of your cup of Joe.
