– 2 cups pecans, chopped
– ¾ cup shredded coconut
– ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
– ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup
– ¼ cup oil (coconut, canola, vegetable, sunflower, etc.)
– 2 tablespoons warm water
– ¾ teaspoon salt
