Free Fitness Circuit

If you live in a city chances are there is a fitness circuit that you can use for free. In Boston there is a great loop that runs along the river and there are a couple of spots along the way where you can do a variety of exercises, pull-ups, dead hangs, sit-ups etc. They even have instructions on how to do the exercises if you run out of ideas. A great way to get outside and get more than just a run in and it’s free. No gym membership required.
