Easy Soups from Leftovers

I love soup, It’s just the best food,in winter, loaded with veggies and whatever leftover meat or beans are frozen.

I buy things like mini carrotts, celery and onions fresh. I combine, chop and freeze them in ziplock bags, or plastic chinese food soup containers, just enough for a pot of soup. I also save small portions of any leftover vegetables in a ziploc bag,an freeze, spinach, zuccini a bit of tomato or a few slices of onion, peas green beans, garbanzo beans or whatever, my “soup bag” is always different just add broth some maccaroni or beans, and Instant dinner! all with something that would have been thrown away.
