For the most part, the only thing we need to do to guarantee a sparkling bathroom is to clean it regularly. Easy, right? Well, sort of. For those of us who have a lot of glass in our bathrooms, especially in the form of a glass shower, it can get a little tricky. Seems like sometimes, no matter how much we scrub, we just can’t get it back to perfectly clear. There’s always a smudge or a splotch or some film we can’t get. Luckily, PureWow says they’ve found the perfect solution: dryer sheets!

Yes, dryer sheets! And what’s more, it doesn’t matter if the dryer sheet is fresh or if it’s already been through your dryer; it’ll work either way. We like the latter option since it gives us even more bang for our buck!

So how does it work? All you have to do is wet the dryer sheet, then just start scrubbing away at those hard-to-get water spots and film. The ingredients in the dryer sheets are designed to soften our clothing also just happen to break down soap scum, making it the perfect glass shower cleaning tool. Genius!
