If you have ever hired a bricklayer, then you know just how back-breaking the work can be. On top of being arduous for the worker, it can also be quite a drawn-out process as special designs can be time-intensive and tough to execute.

With that being said, some people are absolutely made for the job! Case in point: This super speedy bricklayer whose skills will literally make your head spin!

The extraordinary laborer, known only as ‘Kyall’, first rose to fame in 2015 when his co-worker recorded him laying a patio at a furious pace. The short clip shows the determined guy actually set down an amazing 92 BRICKS in just the first minute alone! By the end of the clip (at the 1 minute 41 second mark) he has placed 154 bricks onto this patio!

To put that into perspective, an average bricklayer ends up only installing somewhere between 300-500 per day. Now, we did the math; assuming that Kyall’s back would still be intact by the end of it, we figured out that he could actually lay an amazing 5,580 bricks per hour at his recorded pace—that’s half the amount that a brick-laying robot could do. Absolutely insane!
