These meals are as simple a choosing your ingredients, putting them on your sheet pan with seasonings, and sticking them in the oven. This video from the Food Network brings you five delicious, new sheet pan meals: a salmon meal, a pork chop meal, two chicken meals, and a kielbasa meal. And each recipe only takes about 20 minutes to prepare and cook.

SALMON WITH TOMATOES AND ZUCCHINI
Place all the ingredients on the sheet pan, cover the tomatoes with the Parmesan and Panko, then cover the whole sheet in olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES AND PARSNIPS
- Pork Chops
- Apple slices
- Herbs de Provence
- Salt and pepper
- Dijon mustard
Place all ingredients on the sheet and cover with mustard, herbs, and salt and pepper. Coat with olive oil before cooking for 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS, BROCCOLI, POTATOES
Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT
Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
CHICKEN THIGHS, SWEET POTATOES, AND BRUSSELS SRPOUTS
Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
