5 Easy Sheet Pan Suppers Your Family Will Love

When you have no more energy or time to cook (say…after a long holiday weekend?) the last thing you feel like doing is preparing a complicated dinner for your family. These meals are as simple a choosing your ingredients, putting them on your sheet pan with seasonings, and sticking them in the oven. SALMON WITH TOMATOES AND ZUCCHINI

INGREDIENTS


  • Salmon


  • Tomatoes, sliced

  • Zucchini

  • Panko

  • Parmesan
  • Place all the ingredients on the sheet pan, cover the tomatoes with the Parmesan and Panko, then cover the whole sheet in olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

    PORK CHOPS WITH APPLES AND PARSNIPS

    INGREDIENTS

    • Pork Chops
    • Parsnips

    • Apple slices

    • Herbs de Provence

    • Salt and pepper

    • Dijon mustard

    • Cinnamon

    • Thyme

    Place all ingredients on the sheet and cover with mustard, herbs, and salt and pepper. Coat with olive oil before cooking for 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

    CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS, BROCCOLI, POTATOES

    INGREDIENTS

    • Chicken drumsticks


  • Broccoli

  • Potatoes

  • Teriyaki sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper
  • Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

    KIELBASA AND SAUERKRAUT

    INGREDIENTS

    • Kielbasa


  • Sauerkraut

  • Potatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper
  • Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

    CHICKEN THIGHS, SWEET POTATOES, AND BRUSSELS SRPOUTS

    INGREDIENTS

    • Chicken thighs


  • Sweet potatoes

  • Brussles Sprouts

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper
  • Place all ingredients on the pan and cover with sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
