–2 cups (10 ounces) frozen pineapple
–2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
–¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
–½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
–2 tablespoons toasted coconut
Chocolate and Banana
–2 medium (2 cups or 10 ounces) frozen bananas
–2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
–¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
–⅓ cup cocoa powder
–2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Mango and Lime
–2 cups (10 ounces) frozen mango
–2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
–¼ cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
–½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
–Zest of 1 fresh lime
Cake Batter
–1 cup plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full-fat)
–8 ounces cream cheese
–3 tablespoons honey
–3 teaspoons vanilla
–3 tablespoons sprinkles
