4-Ingredient No-Churn Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

Now that the weather is warm, all we ever feel like doing is laying around and enjoying some ice cream. And if that ice cream can be made easily with a few simple ingredients and no specialty equipment, even better. Take a look at our new favorite make-at-home ice cream recipe:

What You Need:

2 cups heavy cream
1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped Oreos

What To Do:

  1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3 minutes.
  2. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and stir.
  3. Add in the crumbled cookies and stir.
  4. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and freeze until firm (about 6 hours).
  5. Remove from freezer and scoop like ice cream. Enjoy!
