3 Kinds of Super Bowl Nachos

BUFFALO CHICKEN NACHOS, INSPIRED BY COOKING AND BEER
You’ll Need
– 1 bag blue tortilla chips
– 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
– ¼ cup butter
– 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
– ½ cup hot sauce
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 2 tablespoons flour
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
– 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
– 2 green onions, finely sliced
– 1 celery rib, finely sliced
How To

  1. In a large skillet, melt the ¼ cup butter over medium high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until chicken is heated through. Set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk constantly until the mixture is smooth and slightly golden. Add the milk and whisk until well combined and smooth. Add cheese and stir until it is completely melted.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. On a baking sheet, arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer. Spread the coated and cooked chicken evenly over the tortilla chips, and drizzle with blue cheese sauce. Top with more crumbled blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Finish with finely sliced celery and green onion.

PIZZA NACHOS
You’ll Need
– 1 bag tortilla chips
– 1 cup tomato sauce
– 2 cups mozzarella cheese
– 4 to 6 ounces pepperoni
– 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
– ¼ cup banana peppers
– ¼ cup black olives, pitted and chopped
– Red chili flakes
– Ranch or garlic dip
How To

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. On a baking sheet, arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla chips and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  4. Top with the pepperoni, green bell pepper, red onion, banana peppers and olives. Top with the other half of the cheese.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Finish with red chili flakes and serve with garlic dipping sauce.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PRETZEL NACHOS
You’ll Need
– 4 to 6 cups pretzel thins (or your favorite kind of pretzels)
– ½ cup peanut butter chips
– ½ cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
– ½ cup peanuts
– ½ cup fudge sauce
– ½ cup caramel sauce
How To

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. On a baking sheet, arrange the pretzel thins in a single layer.
  3. Top with peanut butter chips, mini peanut butter cups and peanuts. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel.
  4. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. Serve with whipped cream.
