You’ll Need

Chocolate Mint Snowballs
– One 18-ounce package cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
– One 8-ounce package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
– One 12.5-ounce package chocolate-covered creamy mints
– Two 12-ounce packages semisweet chocolate morsels
– 1 tablespoon shortening
No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
– 2 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
– 2/3 cup peanut butter
– One 3 1/2-ounce can flaked coconut
– 1/4 cup cocoa
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups sugar
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup butter or margarine
Whole Grain Marshmallow Crispy Bars
– 3 tablespoons butter
– One 10.5-ounce bag miniature marshmallows
– One 15-ounce box multigrain cluster cereal
– 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries, divided
– Vegetable cooking spray
