If you’re a peanut butter fiend (or you have a peanut butter fiend in the family), then you’re going to flip for this simple recipe that’s been right under our noses. Usually, when you think about whipping up a batch of cookies, you probably think about dragging out all of those ingredients (like baking soda, vanilla, flour, etc.) from your pantry. But for this yummy cookie recipe, all you need are 3 simple ingredients and 15 minutes of your time. Have you guessed what those 3 magical ingredients are?
3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Makes 12 Cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of peanut butter
(Tip: Try out this brilliant trick for easily measuring out that sticky peanut butter.)
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, then lightly grease a baking sheet. Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined. Roll dough into small balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove cookies from oven, then use a fork to press cookies down in a cross pattern. Remove to a wire rack to allow to cool. Then serve (and try not to devour all at once)!
