There’s really nothing easier when it comes to dinner rolls and biscuits than the dough that come ready to bake in a can. And sometimes, you can score some serious deals on these cans (I recently picked up one of these for just $1). But you can get more creative with this dough, and you don’t have to use it for its intended purpose. Here are some other ideas to try:
- Bubble Up Pizza: here’s an inexpensive and quick dinner for a hurried evening. All you need is the biscuit dough, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and fresh basil.
- Meatball Bubble Biscuits: these are an awesome, easy appetizer to bring to an Italian-themed dinner party. Just get some fresh mozzarella, meatballs, olive oil, sauce and Italian seasonings.
- Easy Sugared Doughnuts: make yummy doughnuts or munchkin-style doughnuts with the biscuit dough, sugar and oil.
- Asiago Garlic Knots: with some asiago cheese and kitchen staples, you can make some garlic knots to simply compliment your next dinner.
